For a long-term, remote job site, the site manager requested a way to work from home without returning to the office. Rental period: 6 months.
Our Proposal & Implementation
We proposed a compact, lightweight inkjet MFP (A4 base). Anticipating difficulties sourcing ink at the site, we offered an unlimited-ink plan, eliminating downtime from ink outages during the period. Because job sites can involve frequent design changes, we enabled A3 output to handle drawings on demand.
Customer Benefits
A home-friendly A3-capable MFP (print/copy) enabled significant travel-time reduction between site–office–home and allowed weekend work without office visits. With ink included, no emergency purchases were needed—further improving efficiency. The printer uses all-pigment inks, so prints resist water—a major advantage in construction. At 20 ppm, output is sufficiently fast even for bulk handouts.
