不要になったパソコンの回収をはじめました。自社でも使わなくなったパソコンの廃棄に困っていたのですが、この度スキームを確立し、お客様がお使いの拠点まで回収に行けることになりました。もちろん台数をまとめていただくことがありがたいのですが、1台からでも可能です。ただし法人様限定となります。

以下、簡単に流れを記します。

１．流れ

  1. 回収するパソコンについてスペックを事前に把握したいので、型式等の確認をお願いします。故障していて確認ができない場合は、モデル名だけわかればOKです。
  2. 身分証明、または、会社の謄本等、身分の確認できる書類をご準備ください。古物になりますので法的に必要になります。
  3. 準備ができたら身分の確認できる書類とパソコンの型式を記入した書類を弊社までお送りください。この場合の専用記入フォームがありますので、そちらにご記入をお願いします。
  4. 回収の段取りをします。回収業者が指定の場所まで回収に参ります。その場合の送料は無料です。
  5. データ消去と消去証明を発行が可能です。その場合は手数料が発生します。一律＠￥1700～となりますが、データ消去のみで買い取りがない場合は、一律＠￥4,000～となります
  6. パソコンがまだ新しい場合、または高スペックなパソコンの場合、買取ができる場合があります。その場合は買い取り金額からデータ消去費用等を差し引き、買取金額としてお金をお戻しできます。その場合は、代金を受け取りする銀行口座情報をお知らせください。なお、代金の振り込み手数料はお客様負担となります。

２．その他回収できるもの

以下のものが回収できます。

  1. ディスプレイ
  2. スマホ（iPhone,Andoroid）
  3. タブレット
  4. ルーター等PC周辺機器

回収できないもの

  1. プリンターや複合機
  2. シュレッダーなどの機器等

Corporate Pickup Service for Unwanted PCs (Japan)

We have launched a pickup service for unwanted PCs. We ourselves struggled with disposing of out-of-use machines, and have now established a scheme that allows us to collect directly from your locations. While we appreciate consolidated lots, pickup is available from a single unit. This service is for corporate customers only.

1) Process

  • Identify devices
    Please confirm the model number/specs of each PC in advance. If a unit is broken and details cannot be checked, the model name alone is fine.

  • ID / company verification
    Please prepare identification documents (e.g., representative’s ID or a company registry certificate). These are legally required under the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act.

  • Submit via our form
    Send us the verification document(s) and a list of PC model numbers/specs using our dedicated submission form.

  • Pickup arrangement
    We schedule pickup. Our logistics partner will collect at your designated location. Pickup shipping is free.

  • Data erasure & certificate (optional)
    We can perform secure data erasure and issue a data erasure certificate.
    • If devices are being bought by us: from ¥1,700 per unit
    • If there is no buyback (erasure only): from ¥4,000 per unit

  • Buyback (when applicable)
    If PCs are relatively new and/or high-spec, we may buy them. In that case, we deduct any erasure fees, etc., from the buyback value and remit the net amount to your designated bank account. (Bank transfer fee is borne by the customer.)

  • Printers/MFPs
